• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography lighting and AI-generated model images
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order

• Orders are confirmed once reviewed and accepted by our team
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud
• Order invoice numbers are generated in the format THZ/YYYY-YY/XXXXX
• Payment terms are as displayed at the time of checkout

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation
• Free shipping is available on eligible orders — check the website for the current threshold
• Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on location
• We currently deliver only within India

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact and original packaging

• All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 7 business days only after inspection confirms the item is in its original condition
• We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of use, washing, damage, or tampering
• Items returned in a condition different from how they were dispatched — including damage caused after delivery — will not be eligible for a refund
• Tharaz Couture reserves the right to decline a return request if there is reasonable evidence of misuse or fraudulent return behaviour
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly dispatched by us
